That's Jordan going up for a dunk in his orange shirt although you really cannot see anyones face. 

290869 Ohio Flyer  1987

Closing out the type 1 poster cards is Ron Harper as the Ohio Flyer. Harper was selected in the first round (eighth overall) in the 1986 NBA draft by  Cleveland. Harper made his NBA debut in November 1986.
